REFUND POLICY OF ONE PLACE ACADEMY

1. DESCRIPTION

The refund is a client’s request to receive the amount he/she has paid for an item or service.

2. RETURN POLICY ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Since our services, courses, and other materials are available online due to their digital nature, and since these products will be in the possession of the buyer perpetually, these services, courses, and other materials cannot be returned. Therefore, there are NO REFUNDS on any of our digital services, digital courses, or other materials once the order has been processed and delivery of the products has been made.

​3. REFUND PROCESS AND PROCEDURE DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEM

If we are unable to provide any of our services, courses, or digital materials to the customer due to a technical issue or difficulty, or for any other reason, the whole amount that the customer has paid will be reimbursed as soon as possible to the original mode of payment.
